To provide managers with updated information in development within the safeguarding of children arena for sharing within their teams. Topics to be covered include:
- Domestic Abuse Updates, including recent learning from a Domestic Homicide Review
- Multi Agency Child Exploitation (MACE) and Contextual Safeguarding
- Drug & Alcohol trends in North Yorkshire, an overview of the support available for young people, and information on the Drug & Alcohol Public Health Alert Protocol
- NYSCP updates, learning from recent audits, release of new multi agency procedures, and recent learning from Serious Case Reviews
